"Very classical german restaurant with the typical german dishes. It is a relatively small restaurant which makes it friendly and family like. Too bad the internet site is not up to date and the dishes mentioned were not available. Overall OK food (and with excessive salt in all dishes like in many german restaurants), but nothing really special to be remembered by. the schnittpraline dessert was very good : a pretty small slice of chocolate cake (2 euro), bust just enough to leave you the sweet taste to finish the meal"

Als afsluiting van onze kleine vakantie in het dorp gegeten op aanraden van onze gastheer. Een mooie echt typisch Duits familirestaurant met dito inrichting, de tafel keurig met linnen gedekt. Een klein maar fijne kaart met genoeg variatie. Ook seizoensgebonden specialiteiten als wild of asperges. Alles huisgemaakt en integenstelling tot de vorige recensie zeker niet te zout. Vooraf brood met schmalz van het huis en daarna een mooi getrokken runderboullion met reepjes omelet. Daarna de rumpsteak met pepersaus, verse boontjes met spek en aardappelkroketjes. Zoonlief had de parelhoen met calvadossaus, broccoli en spätzle. Na afloop een schnaps en een geweldige huisgemaakte rabarbersorbet! Incl...
