Although I prefer less German cuisine, this place in the Franconian belongs to my absolute favorite. We are mostly in the beautiful outside area in the courtyard. Since we often come past the weekend after a short trip to the Walberla or to the ruin Neideck, it is usually full and a reservation is appropriate. Not only the operators are always accommodating on Zack, even the food is simply delicious and sufficient. Mainly there are Franconian cuisine but also interesting salad variations, I think for every taste something is there. Or a cake for coffee. The price-performance ratio is perfectly reasonable.I always like to come here and recommend the place to anyone who wants a tip from me in...

Pepper carp is ordered on the recommendation of the boss ..“ best carp in the area”. The 10g meat under the scavenging was also very delicious! See picture. Have only had the presumption that we have to order the filet extra. Over the course of the holiday, however, we have spoken the subject several times with locals and can now confirm that the fish without meat is not a specialty in Franconia. We carefully informed the waiter about the amount of meat, then he asked us to pick up the house. Then the invoice came 4 x Schnaps 14€! An experience we will never forget!!

Short break with good booze. Nice operation. And that we've been sweating and coming with rainy clothes hasn't disturbed anyone. Sharing the brunette was also not a problem, there was even an extra dump and hosting offered. All right.
