3 stars because everything was okay. The staff was nice and tried very hard. But apparently also overloaded. Plum cake was fun. Since we were a large group, it naturally depends on how unequal the pieces were. It was also visibly uncomfortable for the waitress, as they talked out of it directly. It's so pre cut But who was that ... Now the worst point. There were notes to everyone asking them not to rate them badly and already made some excuses why everything was taking longer. Really now? Sonntags bietet das Landhaus Cafe im Honigstal ein American breakfast an, und das lohnt sich. Explizit kein Brunch, sondern ein ausgiebiges amerikanisches Frühstück erwartet einen. Das heißt, es gibt sehr leckeres Rührei mit tollen (gegrillten) Beilagen, besonders lecker fand ich die Röstkartoffeln, dazu Bagels zum selber belegen, tolle, echte Bäckerbrötchen, Obstsalate und vieles mehr. Toll war, dass auch die Wurst erkennbar vom Metzger kam und keine Massenware war. Auch der Käse war sehr lecker, gekrönt wurde das ganze von einem kleinen Buffet mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen und Kaffee und Säften. Das Ambiente dazu erinnert an ein englisches Landhaus, der Kamin knisterte schön und es war brech...
Mi lugar favorito para comer en una ocasión diaria o especial. Entorno tranquilo y un pintoresco interior relajante, hogareño con fuego abierto, etc. Increíble quiche y ensalada lateral, excelente desayuno estadounidense y recientemente tuve un pastel de pacana para morirse !!!! La reciente comida de acción de gracias ... fue uno de mis mejores.
Ok, die Einrichtung ist etwas kitschig und erinnert an Omi's Wohnung, aber an eine stilvolle!!Gelegen ist das Landhaus Café mitten im Wald und es bietet sich an, einen Spaziergang dran zu hängen. Das Essen ist toll und den Sonntags-Brunch und Kaffeeklatsch können wir wärmstens empfehlen!Bei schönem Wetter wartet der schöne Außenbereich ;-)

My favourite place to eat on a daily or special occasion. Peaceful surroundings and a quaint relaxing, homely interior with open fire etc Amazing quiche and side salad, great American breakfast and I recently had a pecan pie to die for!!!! The recent thanksgiving meal was one of my best ever.
We went back to the American Breakfast at the Landhaus Cafe! It was again very fresh and delicious!! You know that many things are done yourself or you taste it! Staff absolutely friendly and accommodating!! Prices according to offer! That's why 5* and a clear recommendation.
On Sunday we stayed with friends for a coffee gossip in the Landhaus Cafe. All were enthusiastic and it was unanimously decided that there is no such thing in Ratings, Krefeld or Mülheim. A wonderful afternoon.
