After at least 30 minutes without any sign of our food, the waitress stopped by to apologize for the delay. I reassured her that it was no problem. I always make an effort to be polite and responsive with waitstaff. However, another 30 minutes went by, and a different person—who I assume was the owner or manager—came over to inform us that our order had not made it to the kitchen due to a printer issue, but they had just put it in. They comped my wife’s fountain drink, which likely cost them only about 50 cents. Finally, after waiting another 30 minutes, our food arrived. Zero stars and the worst lobster roll in all Maine the waitress was a fabulous young lady and it was her first day she provided great service and was kind and pleasant however the old maid manager with the short chopped hair was absolutely rude and angry as I was paying for my meal in full and tipped the waitress well, I said this was the worst lobster roll in all of Maine and the clam chowder should be renamed potato chowder the manager cashier said ' no it wasn 't we put 3.5 Oz of lobster in every roll . Ok, it 's AWFUL however you make it You can 't make this level of rudeness up folks STAY AWAY FROM THE LANDING I ordered a cup of clam chowdah and a $24 Lobstah roll the $7 chowdah arrived...

We came up from Boston and we stayed at the trade inn . We conveniently found the landings restaurant right around the corner. And let me tell you the food there was phenomenal. Our waitress Liz was super sweet and very attentive. I had the shrimp fettuccine with arugula topping and my friend had the chicken Alfredo pasta . And for dessert a blueberry bread pudding so yummy . We enjoyed everything Thank for your hospitality and great food.

The Landings never fails to impress! Despite being incredibly busy last night, they made our evening feel special. The beet salad was outstanding, the swordfish was tender, the mussels were top-notch, and the tacos were bursting with flavor. The live music on the deck was the perfect addition to our meal. Ordered fried halibut fillet however, the fish had a gray color and was under cooked. I doubt that it was halibut which is pure white everywhere else I ordered it. Clam chowder was thick and rich; clams were perfectly cooked. Super friendly waitress.

We absolutely loved this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even provided us with blankets since we were sitting on the patio. To top it off, they had a menu for dogs! It was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return!

Terrible service, some of the worst food I've ever had. Mussels teeny, haddock chowder burnt no chunks to it.my husband had a salad with chicken,never seen anything so pathetic. Don't waste your time. Chef doesn't give a damn.

What a fantastic location for a meal! And the service is wonderful. We loved the cocktail menu and the food was amazing! Literally everything we ordered was fantastic! In particular the fish tacos were amazing! Reserva una mesa ahora

Great food! I enjoy the lobster dinner as well as the view. I like restaurants that have their own parking lot so that was a plus for me as well. Great martinis. I stop by everytime I'm in town

I was very disappointed with this seafood restaurant. The shrimp were tiny, about the size of a penny, and they were out of lobster.
