The afternoon tea was amazing. The service was excellent and staff were so friendly. Vivian, our waiter, was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to. He was very educated on our teas and shared his knowledge with us. Thank you to Vivian, the staff and the Marriott hotel for making this experience so wonderful.

Great location, nice food and they even brought more sandwiches for us. A wide selection of teas that explained the benefits of each have been explained to us by our server, unlimited as well as coffee or hot chocolate. The service was very attentive, everything uneaten was fought for us to take away.

We had a lovely afternoon at Lanes of London with visiting relatives from abroad. Our waiter Vivian did everything possible to give us the best possible experience. We felt very welcome and the food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Our daughters 18. Birthday and they couldn't come before. Allow us to bring a cake, treat us to a glass of champagne, and Sunday Brunch was fantastic. Big thumbs for a special occasion or a visit every day. We'll be back.

It took a long time to get our food and tea. There weren't many people in the restaurant and the one waiter didn't know what their recommendations were for tea.

Friendly staff but they were busy with setting up a big table and so sometimes service was a little slow. Great food and lovey atmosphere. Good varied menu.

Food was good and good value on the set menu deal. they seem to have a fruit fly problem that needs to be addressed, they were blurring around us!

Very nice location. the staff were nice, but the service level could have been higher as they put on 12.5% drinking on the note.
