A restaurant not to be missed. The excellent perfect egg (especially the chanterelle sauce) The pork pluma and the scallop risotto were delicious, well done to the kitchen. Excellent food, simple and friendly environment, perfect service. I would have returned two days later to taste the Argentine entrencote which inspired me a lot, but I had to return to Italy early. Very nice experience of a dinner in this great restaurant. Servers are smiling and welcoming. All entries, dishes and desserts are terrible. An address not to be missed in Saint Raphael!
