Staff is nice and attentive and you will get your drinks fast. But when it comes to food is a very different story and I suggest you go somewhere else for that. I waited over an hour for a few burgers and had to leave (They quoted me 45min). Once I expressed my desire to leave the food magically appeared and the owner was inquiring real quick about my experience. What sent me over the edge was watching other people getting their food even though they had gotten there much much later. Maybe they have a small kitchen or not a good system to keep track of orders. Or Maybe just pure favoritism with the regulars. For what I could gather this place is poorly managed.Thank goodness that there are better choices in town. Really hope you train your staff better and hire more cooks. You are not a 5 star restaurant for people to have to wait for a simple burger. I can't speak to the quality of the food as I never tasted it. Maybe for the best.
Different cheesesteak #1007 in the last four years. It?s a bar so Amigo Dan was with me. The guy at the bar next to me got the Spicy Pickle Burger. The bartender said it was the most popular burger. It looked like their Fried Spicy Pickles and cajun horseradish aioli on top of a cheeseburger. I asked if they would put some Fried Spicy Pickles and cajun horseradish aioli on a cheesesteak. Bartender said no. We got the Tavern Cheesesteak. It was small but very flavorful and cheesy. It comes with a side. We got the sweet potato fries. They were very good. We got the Fried Hot Pickles appetizer. They were very good.
Really nice tavern to try. My husband and I had lunch. We sat outside where they have nice patio tables with umbrellas. Food was delicious. I had the tuna salad sandwich on wheat with fries. Menu has a nice variety of food and drink options. I thought the price for the food was a little high. I would still go back there. Staff was very friendly and quick with service. Location is on a main road so there is a lot of traffic out front if you sit outside. There is off street parking but that gets filled quickly. Ambiance is good.
I love this place! The food is incredible and the staff is always so friendly and great. Julie the owner is always unbelievable and accommodating, no matter how busy they can be. Tonight was the first eagle game and with a packed house, we were warned by a possible wait for food, estimated at 45 minutes. It came closer to 30, but again, with them as busy as they were and always communicating potential waiting, it was still an amazing culinary experience. Thank you for a great meal and drinks as always!
