Our summer burn! We often visit the good restaurants and the passage for the holidays, I have to say that we were very pleasantly surprised by the anthocyane. The hotel is modern and spacious. We enjoyed all the details, such as the beautiful paper that is used for the wine menu, refined and modern dishes, or towels in fabrics in the toilet. The team is smiling and attentive without being too present. The dishes were simply fabulous. Beautiful presentations, agreements without fault but also gustative surprises. A beautiful discovery: a festival of flavors, just cooking, a beautiful wedding of ingredients... a lot of work for a farandole of dishes, served with grace and without waiting, in brief, we emerge saying that there are always excellent professionals.
