As soon as you get into L?Antillaise on the special Thursday fish night buffet, two things grab your attention. First, the sound of Konpa, blasting and running through your veins, and the intoxicating smell of the food that insanely opens your appetite. However, the outdated look of the place might lower your expectations, but it only last a few minutes since as soon as you taste the food, there is only good vibes, good food and good music. The only few reservations I have with l?Antillaise is that the fish soup should have real crabs and not the fake one; and during the time reserved for eating, the sound of the music should be lowered. People literally have to scream in order to hear each...
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I live nearby, and this restaurant is extremely inconsiderate with its music. My child struggles to sleep during their events because they blast loud music from around 10:30 or 11 PM until 3 or 4 AM. It's absolutely ridiculous. People are trying to get some rest, but the noise makes it impossible. This behavior is unacceptable. Something needs to be done about this!
I was there for a repasse after a funeral. The food was good. But the service was fair. Make sure you wait staff smiles and is friendly to guest. Not rude and unengaged. I asked for some fish from the buffet line and the server acted as if I was asking for her food. Very uncomfortable interaction. Please do better.
I had a fantastic experience at the Haitian New Year's Eve party held at this venue! It was well-organized, with delicious food and premium drinks. The live bands were outstanding, making it an incredible celebration. Everything came together beautifully for a truly memorable Haitian party!

I visited the restaurant for a meal and found the atmosphere to be inviting and spacious, with a nicely sized bar. I would rate the food a 7 out of 10. I can definitely see myself returning in the future to enjoy a meal under different circumstances.
Last weekend, we booked a room for a meal for 100 people, and the experience was outstanding. The food was exceptional, and the management provided excellent service. I highly recommend them for any future events!
