Since the change of owners, we have come to the watercolor for many times. The chef's cuisine is gastronomic. Everything is excellent, the plates erected with care and originality. The dishes are succulent and copied. The chef's kitchen is subtle and inventive. The welcome is warm, the boss and the employees are very pleasant. This restaurant is gastronomic, but if the products are good, the kitchen lacks refinement. The flavours are crude, lack of research. The dishes are around 30 euros, which is very expensive, but acceptable if the taste buds lead to the trip. It didn't make me capsize. The fillings are coarse, the flavors have no subtlety. There's no agreement between everything in the plate. Dessert very disappointing.

Very refined cuisine, extremely well presented dishes. Remember to book if you want to eat on the map. So we ate the menu of the day at 15 euros. Very copious, very gustative. Just the service too fast. As I thought they were very traders, they offered us coffee. I'd go back to try the card!
