We were here for the first time today, as we like to order there and pick up food. Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed by the service. Starting with the fact that the service power did not know at the beginning that there is not everything from the map, okay no problem can happen I had thought of myself and for my husband this was also no problem. Ordered reordered drink forgot okay happened, however, what is not going on in my eyes is that I had asked to put the food in and it was thrown away accidentally. But if the service makes this mistake, I do not expect to be fed to the house as a guest with an espresso. You could have reboiled the Pasta Carbonara, as I hadn't done more than half the portion. I myself come from the gastronomy and here lacks any service idea. In today's time to leave a guest angry is bad. For dinner I can say the kitchen is really very good, but to spend a cozy evening we will rather order again. NUMBER! After we have released the criticism of our unfortunately failed evening on site, the Lando family immediately reported to us and apologized for the Fauxpas. We find it great and will come again despite the failed evening!
