As locals we have tried to visit this place a number of times. The first time a man came out and very rudely told us “no reservation, no table” which is understandable, however the tone set the scene. We eventually managed to eat here for lunch, and had the tartiflette. What a catastrophe. It was made with some type of liquid cream that had no crème fraîche as it should be. The potatoes were barely cooked. Just extremely bland and watery. Like something that should be served in a hospital. The interior is ok but dated. Our must-have restaurant when we come to Luchon. A very nice mountainous decor, very good local recipes (crease tartiflette... with a small onion service!!!!
