very good evening on the white tree, a beautiful discovery. a wide choice of whisky (for my greatest pleasure), rum and wine. apero: kilchoman machir bay and mojito red fruits. Input: half-cuit duck foie gras with onion chutney. for the second it was crispy lobster with ginger and green lemon. the dishes: beef fillet sauce with auvergne blue with potatoes and chicken chicken pellet mushroom sauce with homemade fries. (a bit disappointed by the cooking of the chicken that was a little too dry. We took a fieldigny saumur to accompany the two dishes. dessert: delicious coffee (expresso, homemade vanilla ice cream, panna cotta, chocolate and fresh fruit) and refined cheese dishes (comté, roquefo...
a very pleasant surprise that to have gone to this establishment. With a box to discover a few different and varied dishes, we were very well received (which is not always the case in some institutions yet partners) and were able to taste really well prepared dishes. the service was very nicely done by a young server who knew his work well, I wanted to mention it. excellent value quality price that prompts me without hesitation to plan a new come to taste other dishes of the very attractive map. I recommend this establishment with pleasure.
