very good evening on the white tree, a beautiful discovery. a wide choice of whisky (for my greatest pleasure), rum and wine. apero: kilchoman machir bay and mojito red fruits. Input: half-cuit duck foie gras with onion chutney. for the second it was crispy lobster with ginger and green lemon. the dishes: beef fillet sauce with auvergne blue with potatoes and chicken chicken pellet mushroom sauce with homemade fries. (a bit disappointed by the cooking of the chicken that was a little too dry.
