Larchimede - Reserva de mesa

Quite possibly the best dining experience we've ever had. The food was absolutely excellent, and the service from the staff was perfect. We most appreciated Chef Ahmed El idrissi checking in with us after each course. To be fair, we were one of only three couples in the restaurant, so he was available, but we enjoyed the conversation with him and getting insight into his ideas and approach to cooking. LArchimede will forever be on our must-go-to restaurants for every one of our visits back to Paris!

We arrived a bit late due to an incident in the metro and were greeted by name. It was a perfect evening so we elected to sit outside. Service was attentive. The menu is short but accommodates carnivores, pescatarians and vegetarians. We were hoping for a salad as a starter but none was listed, no problem. I was expecting a simple rocquette salad but was presented with a delicious concoction that far exceeded expectations. We both enjoyed the hanger steak and shared a roasted fig dessert.

Great address! We arrived in a very nice little intimate restaurant. The staff is very charming and in small care. The dishes are excellent with a special mention for the soup we took that was a real killing! If you want to spend a pleasant time in a relaxed, chichi-free setting and eat very well, go!
