The Slate is a compulsory gourmet summer in Saint Maximin!!! Local products are cooked with talent and generosity! All this is exacerbated by the goodness and effectiveness of a welcome and just perfect service. I fully recommend

A great welcome. Excellent kitchen. A beautiful map. An apartment, a small room and basic furniture. But this place is worth a detour. To return without moderation.
