Shameful boss at the limit of being insulting to flee totally disrespectful. I left to drop off a package return, I arrived all smiles with a big hello and I totally sent myself on the roses. The boss or hello telling me that I was wasting his time and sent me out the door!!!! But this establishment should be removed from Mondial Relay this is not the first time that this person is unpleasant to the point but I have never given an opinion!! But it is more possible that this person lacks respect for customers. to flee to flee
If I could have put 0 or less I would have done so. Unfriendly, aggressive and anti-commercial owner. Basically if you're not Portuguese, we'll treat you like ****. It's always a pleasure ! A disaster, a shame. The boss who attacks a little lady who comes to collect her package, who looks down on me and my friend because we ask him for a glass of water, who drops a spoon on the ground and puts it back on our cup of coffee while looking at us closely in the eyes. A shame that this manager is a relay point!! I did not have the choice of the delivery of my package but it will be the first and last time!
