This bar has shows! I haven't been able to see proper live music in so long! We decided to grab a drink here as we were on a waitlist for dinner somewhere else nearby bit after seeing that a show was going to be on we ended up coming back afterwards. The bar is small and they are limiting capacity due to covid which is always great to see but does mean you'd have to grab your tickets early. I do wish the drinks were a little cheaper. It would definitely encourage me to come back more often but taking it from a business owner perspective, you can only have so many people in at a time so it makes sense. First time at this venue. Very intimate setting. No seating near the stage unless special accommodations are needed (at least it appeared that way . Everything is standing room, but really not a bad “seat” in the house. Stood to the left of the stage. Thankfully people were behaving like adults by smoking drugs outside! Upstairs bathrooms: clean and maintained! . Friendly staff. Drinks are more reasonably priced than other venues (drinks could be bigger for the cost, but FAR better than @missionballrom and @balllarena . No food is served here. I absolutely love this place! I booked free tickets for a show this weekend because my first visit was such a great experience. It’s a cozy venue filled with people eager to dance and have a good time. Sure, there are some sleazy guys and people tend to drink a bit too much, but the security is quite effective. They even removed a girl for being overly intoxicated and stumbling around. On a positive note, they allowed me back in to retrieve my keys and ID when I accidentally left them inside. The music was fantastic, and the crowd was really enjoyable as well. Just a heads up, the bathrooms are located up a steep set of stairs, and there's usually not much security up there. This cozy dive bar features fantastic acoustics. It can get a bit warm inside with everyone dancing and not much fresh air. I caught performances by Ripe, The Dip, and Emma Hayes and The Hip, and all three were outstanding. The venue has two bars, along with an eclectic mix of new show posters and charming old building details, like the ornate ceiling. The walls are plastered with layers of stickers, and the upstairs restrooms are decorated with amusing graffiti. Nice intimate space for a venue. A bit of a drive bar feel, which I like. Staff was friendly. Sound was pretty good. The rough: The bathrooms are on the second floor (yes they have an ADA one on the first, but you'll have to ask. The place was cold. Oct 6th, and they had the air on full blast for the whole show. People had to huddle together and everyone put coats on. At one point the table-cloth of the performer's (Cosmo Sheldrake table was flapping so much he made a comment about the strange weather in Colorado.

This place is a little on the small side, but it makes for a fantastic after-party venue in Denver. I'd suggest steering clear of the beers since they're somewhat expensive, but the mixed drinks and liquor are fairly priced. Having two stages is a nice feature, and the lineup of entertainment is quite varied. The restrooms are located upstairs, which feels a bit odd and can get quite crowded. If possible, I recommend taking an Uber to get here.

This is likely the finest intimate music venue in Denver, and that really says a lot. They consistently host bands that are on the verge of becoming big. If you want to be around fellow music enthusiasts and enjoy a great performance, this is the spot for you. The staff here is also truly exceptional.

Before 7/23/24, it’s been years since I’ve been here. Some improvements have been done, and the staff was friendly and professional. Most had been there a while, which says a-lot these days about how the owners run their business. Great to see another old school Denver business thriving.. Reserva una mesa ahora

I visited for a concert and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service! I will definitely come back if a band we enjoy is performing.

The music was fantastic, and the drinks were quite enjoyable. However, it was very crowded, and there weren't enough restrooms to accommodate the number of guests.
