L'Aromate - Reservar una mesa

We ate here this evening, we chose the three course menu for 31 euros, plus we had a bottle of local sparkling rose as well. The dishes we chose were all very nice plus a mushroom cream with goat cheese mousse amuse bouche was presented to start with. Ambience is pleasant, food and service are good, the wine list has many local wines. Recommended.

Yes three,, each course was Superb, we have eaten here many times and we have always had a delicious meal, our friends said it was the best complete meal they had had in Saumur .If you've never been I throughly recommend it, but I advise you to make a reservation .

Choice of 2 different priced menus. Good variety. Good wine served. Service was a little slow, especially as we were dying of thirst. Overall though, a good experience in a pleasant smallish restaurant. Menus on chalk boards. I do like that approach.

Visited L'Aromate for a "last night" special meal and were not disappointed. Excellent staff and location and the food delicious. Aperitif, 3 courses, wine, water and cafe, 45€ per head. we had; fois gras, pork ribs and fillet steak, all delicious!!

Dinner with my wife, overall great night out, this restaurant was so close to being really good. Food was very good, service mostly good. Wine list good.
