Dreadful food and not cheap. Avoid. It is such a great shame as it used to be one of our favourite mountain restaurants. My son and I were so looking forward to one of their pizzas. They used to be so nice with thin and crispy bases and a wide variety of pizzas to choose from. Now, you have the choice of exactly one pizza cheese and as someone else commented it is just a thick piece of crust with a bit of cheese on top. Nothing like they used to be. My daughter was disappointed with the choice of food that she just had a portion of chips. You would have thought they can’t go wrong with this but they were soggy and generally poor. We went to l’Arpette’s Wednesday evening Raclette and Fondu evening with disco and then nighttime ski down the mountain back to Les Arcs. The views are wonderful and the vin chaude very welcome after an afternoon skiing. We then went inside to the restaurant, the staff were friendly and efficient. The food excellent, and the disco really good fun. The atmosphere was like a big party with everyone of all ages joining in and dancing on the tables. We all then skied back down to the town. I would definitely recommend it as a place to visit and have some fun.
Dreadful, rude service. Overpriced and underwhelming food. Limited choice. Felt ignored and unwelcome. We were two couples looking forward to an end of week treat. It was a deeply disappointing experience and left us vowing to never visit again. Have been skiing in Les Arcs for over twenty years and love the varied restaurants on the mountain have never felt the need to post a review before but felt obliged to warn others as it was a very expensive mistake. Raised a complaint politely and were ignored, No apology or attempt at empathy. Awful.

It's because of tripadvisor that we ate in this restaurant on the slopes. terrace, self-service and restaurant with table service the choice what! a decorating chalet, a central fireplace, too much cocoa! at the restaurant the dishes turn around 16€. exceptional gourmet coffee. crêpes and hot chocolate in the afternoon to taste it. night on Wednesday night of booking recommended), up to 9 pm and ski descent with ski trails.
Rude, unfriendly staff. Felt unwelcome for no reason. Never again. A place to avoid! When asking if this is the French hospitality I was told that we should not spend holidays in FR if we do not like it. A pity as it shadows the entire resort where a lot of people work hard to make it happen, like the ski lift people and all other staff not in horeca. What a shame.
A real shame that this restaurant has changed. It used to be a great place to stop in the mountain for a good but quick lunch. Now the self service area is half the size with very little choice. What is available is overpriced for what you get. The pizza (for example) is a huge piece of very thick bread with a small layer of topping. Won’t be rushing back!
La métamorphose côté restaurant, on a super bien mangé excellent émincé de porc froid assaisonnement excellent! Entre autres original! Bonne ambiance côté terrasse et bonne musique! On adore surtout avec le soleil, c’est toujours mieux! Un des meilleurs endroits aux Arcs pour nous!!

Compete rubbish, new owners this season. They've taken something that worked really well, and ruined it. Food a complete joke. Over-priced rubbish. Having used it every year (apart from covid) for 14years, on many occasions, we won't be back. Avoid at all costs
