We had heard this restaurant was good and so it proved to be. Fantastical attentive service and we were simply bowled over by the quality of the prix fixe lunch at 25€ for two courses On the day we were there the starter was a croque monsieur like no other. The smoked ham inside was out of this world and the main was breast of duck down exactly how each of us wanted it. Wines by the glass, it was lunch time after all and we had sight seeing to do in our short visit, were excellent too, being able to exercise a choice from bottles they had available. Truly one to go back to again.
Mixed feelings.Service and style were perfect and the food is beautifully presented but about half of our tables dishes missed the mark somewhat.Entrees were all beautiful as was the veal fillet main but the other main courses were a little underwhelming as was the peach milles feuilles. Swordfish was cooked rare with no suggestion it would be served as such on the menu or by our waiter. All in all can't help feeling that for the price the standard should have been more consistent.

Exquisite! a rich, gourmet cuisine, very well made. associations of mastered flavors. On several ocasion in the past have I had very pleasant lunches and dinners at L'Arsenal. Impeccable service and this time was no exception. After the mandatory coupe de champagne a classic Oeuf en meurette with a glass of red Burgundy opend the proceedings, and they were continued with a nice pigeon dish and a glass of a strong, almost pungent Vin du sud-ouest... A gratifying meal, that was fittingly concluded with a glass of Bas-armagnac.

a great time spent with family for my son’s birthday. from the fun mouth to dessert everything was an excellent scam is very pleasant and listen to his customers chocolate anniversary cakes requested instead of dessert of the day: no worries! L'Arsenal is in a lovely building just around the corner from St Epvre. Our party enjoyed veal and polenta cake, stuffed chicken and steak fillet with sweet potatoes Lorrain. All good.Great friendly service from both the waitress and the somelier. A complimentary Amuse Bouche was also enjoyed, and we shared a great dessert based around beetroot. Recommended.
L'Arsenal is a stylish restaurant with high quality cooking. They also pair the wines with the courses very well. I had the chicken stuffed with langoustines which was very tasty. Service is attentive and friendly. Best meal we had of 4 in Nancy.
very beautiful birthday party at the arsenal, a great discovery. the service was perfect, the staff listening with a little surprise candle. The dishes are refined. we highly recommend you!
