L'Arssiban - Reserva de mesa

À chacune de mes visites à bourg st MAURICE, je me rends dans ce Restaurant avec un "R" majuscule. C'était la 1ère fois que je m'y rendais un midi, le menu à 28€ est très bien équilibré.Salade de thon mi-cuit ( une belle assiette colorée comme un chant en été)L'entrecôte (bonne, tendre et savoureuse)Je n'ai pas encore pris le dessert...L'accueil de ces Dames est irréprochable, tout comme leurs disponibilité et leurs service. Rendez-vous est pris pour ma prochaine visite. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe.

very beautiful restaurant with a decoration 'like the house that gives a very warm setting. The dishes are excellent, special mention to the cream burned with the orange that is of the order of the divine sweet mouths offered and the breads of all kinds that accompany the meal are a plus to spend an excellent time!
