Where do I start really?! Firstly, the guy who took me to my table, was extremely rude and aggressive. The who seemed to be the manager had no authorities whatsoever! With her permission, I sat on the next table that he has allocated to me with less cold air from AC, blowing to my head in such a cold night!, but when he came back and saw me, he started interrogating me so angrily in front of my friends, who just arrived and waiting to be sited. I could not even say hello to them and he made me extremely embarrassed Not for him to creat more scenes to avoid more scenes Deborah tables were exactly the same and could have easily been changed. We dined here last nigh family of 10, the only good food was the garlic bread!! Used to go here many years ago but it has gone downhill!! All the food was tasteless, calamari. courgettes, Pizza, chicken veal escalopes too!! Too make matters worse 4 of us who ordered the calamari have been sick spewing our guts out up all day today! Food was cooked in tepid old oil. Constantly adding salt to all food in hope it would tasye better!! Never again! DO.NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, better Italian restaurants out the there! This is not one of them!! This advice is free from an Italian family!!
Does anyone know since when the fly is living in the sea? Well I ordered sea food risotto as we been celebrating myself and my friend’s birthday, unfortunately suddenly as I mixed the food a cooked fly appeared in it. I showed it to the staff and the owner of the restaurant as myself is working in customer service too and they said “It happens sometimes” no apology, rude, useless. Never going back again.
Very disappointing. Saw a number of orders wrongly placed on wrong tables. Had to wait over an hour and half for our food to arrive. Most of it was left uneaten due to the lateness. No real attempt from management to make amends or apologise. I had suggested the restaurant as most of us had not been for many years. Sadly the service has changed for the worse. Unlikely to return in a hurry.

hi I went to a pizzeria with my girlfriend to order two takeaway pizzas! the pizza seems to me like a tasteless baby pizza, my girlfriend asked to replace the sausage with some aubergines and they added me as an extra, putting me only a couple of slices of aubergine. the pizza is really awful! and my second time trying the pizza in this restraunt and i was disappointed both times
Great food, amazing staff and phenomenal atmosphere. We came a bit early, but that was not a problem for a great staff. We have tried a traditional Italian food and you just can't go wrong with that option : The only thing that ruined the evening was a waiter (Ali who was eager to smuggle his phone number to my daughter. Although she was with her kid, that didn't bother him.
Probably need to book for this very popular and noisy restaurant. (You also get rumbles whenever a tube train passes). Authentic Italian food- my Fiorentina Pizza was first class and the house red wine was nice and soft. considering how busy the place was the service was satisfactory and friendly. Good coffee too.
Son's 4th bday dinner was amazing! Didn't have to book a table (restaurant is very busy but quite large), food was excellent and reasonably priced and the service was incredible, thank you Islem and the team! Will definitely come back.
