Las Iguanas - Reserva de mesa

I will be making a formal complaint later today to head office. The manager was completely obtrusive towards me. I took my family on an 18th birthday meal and she wouldn’t serve ME cocktails as we didn’t bring ID. This caused upset and my husband had to get a taxi back to retrieve their passports. Utterly unprofessional and embarrassing. We luckily had a wonderful time at an Indian restaurant where it was civil and pleasant. Disgusting manager needs to be sacked.

It’s Was early so a little quiet. Cocktails 2-1 but expensive so not necessarily a bargain. We had burger which was nice but not very hot. Enchilada which was poor and cold in places. Would expect a nice enchilada at this type of restaurant. Fried Brazilian cheese was delicious and our server was very pleasant.

The restaurant was busy and lively, so much so that when we asked for water the waitress said all the jugs were in use but if one was available she would give it to us, we never got it. The chips were undercooked, the burger was dry, and we had to throw a hunt party for the butternut quash in the enchilada.

More than an hour of waiting was too much!.. we really felt abandoned there, the waiters just ignored our table. Meals were tasteless, steak was too dry and I’d never recommend it, even the sparkling wine did not have bubbles Avoid! The rating of this “restaurant” is tooooo overestimated. Really disappointed with our meal. Was expecting good things due to the high rating on trip advisor but was informed half the menu was unavailable, the service was poor and the food was average. Wish we had gone somewhere else for the money we paid. Would definitely not go back.

found hair in the food but did get the cost of that food removed off bill. put us by window which the signage kept hitting me on the head so not great position. average. just like a Mexican TGIs

Table sticky, chairs quite dirty from heavy use. Food not particularly well grub as food. We were advised not to have deserts as they had very few available...

Fabulous restaurant excellent food Excellent service by very friendly and attentive staff. Nice atmosphere with fabulous music. Cocktails delicious Reserva una mesa ahora
