Las Islitas Restaurant was our second stop, but first and foremost my pal one arm Freddy and I had to drop of a Swingarm Stagerloper to his mechanic buddy over at the Monkeyass Garage.It's those lobster tacos that beckoned me to Sacramento, and Las Islitas makes the best by far! There's no comparison, and there's three lobster tails in those two tacos. WOW!
First time coming here and it’s my new favorite spot. The place is so nice inside and super clean the staff is on point and they make sure you get everything you want. If you looking for the best Mexican food in Sacramento you need to go here right away.Kid-friendliness: Super family oriented restaurant. When family came in the kids would hug the staff.
Pretty good for the price. There's usually tortillas and chips at a lot of Mexican or Latin restaurants. In this case there were tortillas and what I believe to be ceviche. Ceviche was great but I wasn't as thrilled about the tortilla (chips).Pretty good overall though service was good and servers were pleasant and helpful.
This is one of those places that 's unnoticeable from the street, and it 's truly a hole in the wall. But ohh lawrdy the food is A , music is loud enough you can 't hear other conversations, and the homemade tortillas are icing on the cake... The food was fabulous... fresh and delicious. Will be going back.The funny thing was they sent the English speaking waitress to us and I was all set to order in Spanish as I noticed everyone else was conversing in Spanish. Alas I ordered in English...food was delicious.
The service was so bad ? they seve us my husband and I didn't came back till we were ready to check out and it wasn't that busy they were plenty of help the food was okay but the service was awful ? never coming
Amazingly wonderful My family and I frequently visit this location since it serves the best mariscos in Sacramento.
It was ok the campechana didn't have no flavor.... micheladas so simple I've tasted better Reserva una mesa ahora
The food is excellent. Be prepared to pay a sizable sum. I believe it to be priceless.
