Absolute shambles on Superbowl Sunday. Ordered the day before for 5pm pick up. Got there at 4.50pm expecting to pick up my order and head home. Found the place full of people waiting for orders (it got busier than in the photo). Waited until about 5.30pm with zero communication from the only visible employee. She was constantly answering the phone and telling people they were closed for the day, and bringing out orders for Ubereats and Doordash. I asked 3 times if she could tell me when my order would be ready without getting a response. The guy next to me said his order was supposed to be ready at 4.15pm and he 'd even received a text saying it was ready but he was still waiting. I realized...

Idk how this place has close to 5 stars but for what we ordered... my final conclusion was that the food was DRY AND LACKED FLAVOR!! My husband and I ordered a Cuban Cemitas which is a LARGE sandwich for $14) and tacos that came for 4 for $11.. wehave tried most of the Mexican restaurants in Parsippany and this place we would like to give another chance but if theflavor of the dishes taste like what we recently ordered ... then it would be a no go... the sandwich was PACKED with meats,Mexican cheese and avocado.. but it was so dry I couldn't eat the rest because I filled myself up with water after each bitedue to the dryness of the meat and thickness of the bread.. the tacos needed a beat mo...

The fried chicken at this place is truly the best in the area—crispy, juicy, and drenched in an irresistible garlic sauce. However, the prices are a bit steep, and we've faced some problems with our orders, such as mistakes and delays, which is frustrating considering how great the food is. Additionally, the restaurant tends to be quite noisy due to the loud music and the absence of sound-absorbing materials on the ceiling, making it less than perfect for dining in. Because of these issues, I can't recommend it. On a positive note, the chicken stays delicious for the drive home!

The food here is absolutely fantastic! We particularly enjoy the drumsticks, chicken wings, fries, and coleslaw. We've ordered takeout three times now, and each experience has been excellent. Even though they have a dining area, I haven't seen anyone eating in. Our local Bonchon is located in a small shopping center in Parsippany, NJ, and there's usually parking available right outside the restaurant. While their prices are a bit higher than other similar establishments, the flavor of their dishes makes every penny worth it, along with the trip! Reserva una mesa ahora

I went to this restaurant after a close friend recommended it. I ordered the Japchae, which was delicious, but the wait time was quite frustrating—almost an hour before we received our food. Additionally, the restaurant was really cold since the heating was turned off, making the experience uncomfortable for my husband, friends, and me during our visit.

This franchise is very clean, with attentive and energetic staff. It’s situated in a small strip mall next to busy traffic, but there is plenty of parking available. While the chain is quite expensive and may not be ideal for larger families, the food is delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I ordered the chicken and fried zucchini. The chicken was consistently good, but I was very disappointed with the fried zucchini. It was burnt to a crisp, which is hard to understand how it could go wrong. Reviews about burnt side dishes seem to be a common issue. Order with caution.

I think this is my 4th time at this place. Today, we had the churrasco which was fantastic! Also the kids quesadillas and tacos. The enchiladas in salsa verda was a bit spicy but delicious as well. I couldn't stop taking pictures of all the art they have inthe place. Reserva una mesa ahora

As a born and raised Californian, the best Mexican food in NJ. Shocked how my 20 year old son said the Burrito Grande was amazing; he never compliments anything I get him.
