What consistently impresses me is the friendliness of the staff. The hostesses are warm and genuinely try to accommodate special requests. The bussers are quick to refill the chips and salsa. On two different visits, our waiter and waitress were relaxed and attentive. Other waitstaff also help by checking on tables. The food is fantastic; I absolutely love their chile relleno with carnitas—simply delicious! My husband enjoys the combo plate. They offer great margaritas, cold beer, and the venue is a lot of fun and very charming. This is quickly becoming our Sunday ritual. Kudos to the management and kitchen for getting everything just right!
Large local Mexican cuisine! Happy hour options were short, but the essential. Ricardo was a man of all trades! We have the nachos and two house margaritas. Then a Chile relleno carnitas burrito and grilled vegetables enchiladas. Good vegetarian options! Beautiful indoor/outdoor terrace. I love to go their compostable and environmentally friendly containers!
I was very disappointed in the food at this location. The chicken enchiladas barely had any filling and they were luke warm. It was extremely loud, the table wobbled really bad and it took quite awhile for our server to take our orders. I’ve been to their Cardiff location and the food is better at that location.
The food was great and the staff was amazing! Very accommodating with allowing us to bring in some fries for my daughter. Super friendly and fun. Our waiter was great, funny and charming! For our first visit in Carlsbad and to the restaurant it couldn't have gone better.

I visited the restaurant yesterday with a good friend, and it has always been great, but this time was especially wonderful. The waitress we had—I'm sorry, I can't remember her name—was absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
This was our first visit, and we really enjoyed it. We ordered the carne asada nachos (which were a huge portion) and the grilled shrimp taco plate. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this little spot!
Definitely the best place in Town! Everything on the menu is great.The margaritas unreal! Flamed broiled chili is delicious. Service is friendly and efficient.I've been a customer now for 12 years.
