I drove 13 hours hoping to try some raspados, so I looked up reviews and found Las Palmas Raspados. When I arrived, I encountered some very rude staff. All the menus were off, so I asked if there was one I could check online, but the lady simply said no and walked away. I went through the reviews and found a few items that sounded good, but when I asked for three different ones, I was told they didn’t sell any of them. With no assistance, no options, and clearly indifferent staff, I decided to leave. What a disappointment!

This review is specifically for Blanca, the young woman who runs this establishment even at 2:30 AM on 5/22/22. Her coworker left her to handle everything alone, and she did an impressive job managing both the front counter and the prep area. The manager should consider giving her a raise or promoting her, or at the very least, provide her with some reliable assistance. If not, she may seek a better job elsewhere, as she is a talented young woman with a lot of potential. Bless her efforts!

The quality of their items has declined lately. They often run out of flavors, and today I ordered a chamango that usually has plenty of toppings, but this time they only added one slice. What happened to the quality?
