The food is delicious, HOWEVER, the customer service is awful. They off the bat had an attitude with EVERYONE. They ran out of condiments and I let the worker know and she just looked at me with an awful look. Another customer went up to the cook and asked her about the condiments and she rudely pointed at the table saying it’s there. The customer went to go double check and let her know AGAIN that they ran out of certain condiments. She replied with an attitude. The cooks were speaking profanity in Spanish. Everyone heard their conversation. I’ve never been to a place were the workers just despise their job and treat their customers rudely. Mind you, all these customers were nice. I underst...
Not many people inside. After a long day of Marta traveling i decided to stop in on my way home. Decided on tongue torta over tongue burrito. When I asked the cook if I could have extra onions after I had already paid he directed me back to the cashier at which point I canceled the request. It cost $10.49. It was quite small, flavorless and an excessive amount of mayonnaise which overwhelmed the flavorless tongue. In comparison to some of my favorite Mexican establishments I would say it did not compare in taste, price or customer service. I will not return.
Later, when she came around to sweep near my table, I chose to ignore her behavior and moved to another seat because my peace is important to me. When my order was ready and I went to get my sauce, she approached to refill and instead of saying “excuse me,” she crossed her arms as if I were in her way. Again, I ignored it because I understood she was trying to provoke a negative response. Every day, we have the choice to live in peace or anger, and I choose peace, even if she opts for anger.

I recently tried Las Tortas Locas and was blown away! The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Las Tortas Locas to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine. Five stars all the way!
We've been always happy with the pollo tortas at this location, but of late there's hardly any filling. Tonight, quite honestly, it was just the bread that I ate dipped in the sauces and came home and ate something else. Never again driving that far for a torta bun. Wish I'd taken a picture.
Not very clean, food does not taste good. They take way too long to prepare the food. There are other restaurants way better. This just my experience. If you go you might like it but my experience was not good. Four people in the kitchen and two people taking orders.Food: 2/5
I really enjoyed the food, especially the pickled jalapeños and carrots. I ordered a taco combo that was listed on the menu for $7.99, but I was charged $8.99. There seems to be a language barrier if you don’t speak Spanish. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5/5.

The staff is always friendly and will make sure to find someone who can speak English to help ensure your order is accurate. I personally prefer the nachos over the taco salad, but the tortas are also fantastic. Food rating: 5/5.
