Las Trojes Mexican Restaurant.

las trojes mexican restaurant on spanish springs, nw was moderate on taste of food, and my female server did not ask if I needed a refill on my drink. the salsa was like dipping the cold chips into only tomato sauce. no tasty salsa and the chips were cold. the steak fajitas were not served on a dazzling plate that had no taste. if I don't fry my fried beans, you know it wasn't delicious. I will not come back to eat in the future.

Great food, fast friendly service and I am not sure if family owned but you will be treated like family. Food is fresh and quality, the restaurant is inviting and the staff is accommodating and pleasant. Will return soon. I wish Horchata was listed on menu but glad they had it!

this place should look for new employees. the only sweet they serve are green paprika. the burrito was like taco bell only flatter with less taste. only a sad experience. Maybe something nice happens to the waitress that brings you a smile to the face. it would only help.

excellent service and eat a clean and well maintained family-run restaurant. I would give it five stars in each category.

in the rule they eat them when visiting my sister and my father in sparks. good food and service!
