I would like to share the incredible experience I had at L'Assiette du Boucher, where I had the pleasure of working for 6 months. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and integrated into the team, which made me immediately feel at ease. Each member of the staff contributed to creating a family and friendly atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. Good discovery, original concept. Butterfly. We choose as in a butchery that we want and then it is weighed because the price is at kg. It is cooked (crambled on site). The accompaniments are fried supplements, crushed with potatoes, vegetables and 4 sauces to choose from. I took pictures of the plates so you can see the proportions. Prices are reasonable.
