L'ast De La Selva

A really nice local market with fresh produce. Vegetable stalls are mostly on the outside of the market, and the rest of the stalls selling meats, seafood, bread, and cheese are located inside. The price is really cheap compared to supermarkets for food that is so fresh. There is a small Cafe at the side of the main entrance. We bought some really nice olives at 1.40 euros for 200g, and a piece of aged tuna for 10 euros. The market is just a 3 minute walk from our apartment, so we'll be going back to get some Jamon for sure.

Interesante mercado con todo tipo de carnes, pescados, frutas, verduras y muchos otros tipos de productos alimenticios. Todo lucía genial. Si estás buscando productos frescos o simplemente quieres dar un vistazo a la impresionante cantidad y calidad de COMIDA, este es el lugar para visitar.

Uno de los mejores mercados de comida local en Girona. Tienen de todo, desde frutas, verduras hasta productos más específicos. Todos son amables y serviciales, y es increíble empezar el fin de semana aquí para pasear.

I love this market. Everything is fresh. From meats to fruits. I wish I can cook with these fresh ingredients while travelling. If you can do, definitely do it.
