We arrived among the first for a lunch. We've been served the last. I made it notice to the person in charge who has retorted me from a friendly tone that she had personal problems. It's curious, but for those who were served before us there wasn't to be any staff???? from this fact we never returned. Moreover, we are not the only ones who have found this lack of cordiality. Too bad because his son is charming.
We waited one hour from the point of entering the restaurant to the point of leaving!! We were asked our menus and served the wine we chose and then sat for a further 45 minutes until we had had enough!! We were told on two occasions that our meals were “on the way” but they did not appear! On leaving we were told “thank you” and that was it, no apology, nothing. BAD, BAD SERVICE!!!! Ruined the whole day!!!
We have dinner in this charming restaurant several times and are enchanted. service is impeccable without being guinated, pleasant and welcoming staff. an excellent kitchen with fresh products (the bar at the plancha is a killing)! cooking perfect meats (finally a blue tin!!). The value/price ratio is very correct. In addition, the room is very pretty and very clean.We will return.
