Pizza: a Piccante a little bit small despite a large selected model, qualitative paste but cornicione a little flat, correct filling but tomato base too dactylographed basil sauce, I would have preferred a crushed of pure Parma tomatoes like Gabriele it made at the Little Italy store for example Pasta: Madame found her truffle with the creamy not bad. I didn’t understand visually that it was the mind that got attached to it!? Parmesan instead? Are we in Italy or what? Dolci: a classic tiramisù quite successful where you feel good coffee of bitter cocoa and mascarpone on the spoon of biscuit not spongy but much too soft and why the pups apples on it you did not understand that it is not going...
Restaurant well located in Besançon not far from the parking Battant. We had to wait a bit before coming to take our order, but all the service took place quickly. The menu is very varied, lots of pizzas, lots of suggestions from the chef, I tasted the carbonara pasta in the truffle, personally I did not like... All the rest was excellent, we took a board to share in the entrance, very good, and in the dessert tiramisu and panna cotta, exquisite. We'll come back and try pizza next time.
Sometimes reading opinions little is very enriching, about how people perceive a place. For our part, it was a pleasure to share an excellent meal. The entrance was delicious, a salad with a melting mozzarella, a pizza that for me not more because too much salad on this one, but which was still very aesthetically and finally, a great dessert well presented and with a divine taste. The places are very bright and well decorated, it is quite small but very warm.
Very good experience: the restaurant is typical of the Italian atmosphere and the service is fast. Pizzas are quite expensive compared to normal but this restaurant offers original pizzas (pizza à la truffe etc). The dough is well cooked and the products are of quality. This is a good address in Besançon.

A great meal, a nice and super helpful staff, good quality and super well cooked products, I can only recommend the agonolotti to the truffle... forest pasta, truffle tagliatelle, a real delight! Don't forget the tiramisu... or the gourmet coffee. Don't forget to book

6th visit to the workshop and a little disappointed... prices have increased, less choice on the map, and greedy coffee disappointing. Less thin and generous than accustomed. Probably one day without...
