In January 2017, l`Atelier de la Fontaine opened a small restaurant with 14 seats next to catering and cooking classes. Most of the food is produced locally and the vegetables are predominantly organic. They are served generous portions of home cooked food. Do not misunderstand me, although I characterize it as home cooking, it is delicious and very professional. This is a couple who put skills, heart and soul in their culinary art. My husband and I shared a salad with foie grass and dried duck magret for beginners. Nicely presented and served with roasted bread and homemade Chutney. To follow, I chose the veal scale with Morels and cream sauce and had monks with rice and vegetables in curry...
