L'atelier De L'ocean

Opened at the beginning of this month of July 2015, the workshop of the ocean offers on one side a fishery and on the other a square tasting of cemeteries and seafood. Several formulas are proposed by the two sisters responsible for the establishment. The eighteen are derived from the production of the husband of one of the leaders, some of the crustaceans come from the fishing of the father of the two young women. We are therefore in the direct industry of the producer to the consumer with quality and freshness guaranteed. Ouvert en début de ce mois de juillet 2015, l'atelier de l'océan propose d'un côté une poissonnerie et l'autre un carré dégustation d'huitres et fruits de mer. Plusieurs formules sont proposées par les deux soeurs responsable de l'établissement. Les huitres sont issues de la production du mari d'une des responsables, quant aux crustacés certains proviennent de la pêche du père des deux jeunes femmes. On est donc dans la filière directe du producteur au consommateur avec qualité et fraîcheur garanties. Les tarifs sont raisonnables avec pour exemple les 6 huitres et le verre de muscadet pour 7,50 euros ou 10 euros la bouteille. A découvrir pour tester ce tout nouvel établissement.
