Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la table 007 à proximité de la cuisine. L'ensemble du repas était parfait avec un équilibre des gouts, des textures, des jus et des assaisonnements sur l'ensemble des plats. Merci au chef et à sa brigade d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à nos questions. Nous avons eu le privilège d'assister à la préparation des plats, tel un concert de 3 heures ou chacun joue sa partition sans aucune fausse note. This restaurant is a beautiful find. The chef offers a unique menu with local fresh products (max 200km from Lyon). Choose between a fish or a meat. The match met and the wines offered match very well and allowed us to make a great discovery. The dishes are beautiful and good, the very nice staff and listening. The refined cuisine has the height of its distinctions. Dinner very friendly, table reserved for several weeks for a Saturday night. However, an appropriate outfit for the service would not be too much.
