excellent quality lunch with refined and very accomplished dishes. We could see the work in the kitchen and can assure you that everything was done at home and in the instant (bravo for staff and chef in the kitchen) the peat was hearty and tasteful, the delicious maturation meat, the apricot associated with lavender a feast! with the coffee, the fresh guimauve with the violet is "to fall". As if this was not enough, the wines were of the same level (the map is presented in a very original way with wines classified by power: sweet wines, powerful wines .)conclusion: an address not to be missed if you pass around Noeux-les-Mines

located in the noose the mines, a few kilometers from the bethune, this restaurant offers delicious dishes. "the workshop of flavors" is very well named because we find dishes combining original flavors, which is really very good! the products are of good quality, the frame is very pleasant and especially very quiet. It is an ideal restaurant to have a good evening and share a good meal in love! Taking an aperitif, two menus in/place/dessert and two glasses of wines a digestive, we had for 120 euros, which a little expensive, but it's worth it!I recommend this restaurant if you would like to please you!

Redecouverte de cette table. the deco changed and the content remained, pure regal. A poached foie gras and lacquered red tuna (sublime tuon), compressed eggplant turbot and chorizo risotto. to conclude the millefeuille house which is a must-have pasture for any gourmet!A very good table

We stayed in the adjoining Hotel, which was excellent. We had reserved a table in this restaurant along with the Hotel booking.the food was super, but very rich and quiet expensive. Service was faultless and the overall standard could not be faulted

incredible flavors and a unique quality of cuisine that say that of quality, and their soup I tell you not in winter it heats up the body and taste buds for me the friendly boss a genius in kitchen

very good, very good quality of the products, but service a little slow and not yet to the point: we had ordered wine and water but did not have the water glasses. Otherwise we'll go back.

The cuisine is refined and tasty. We discovered associations as original as they were delicious (freise-rhubarb, salmon-fenouil). the discovery menu is an excellent value for money.
