We could see the work in the kitchen and can assure you that everything was done at home and in the instant (bravo for staff and chef in the kitchen) the peat was hearty and tasteful, the delicious maturation meat, the apricot associated with lavender a feast! with the coffee, the fresh guimauve with the violet is "to fall".
