L'atelier Du Gourmet

We have eaten here several times now over the past few years, since it became a restaurant. The menu has plenty of choice to suit both taste and wallet. It is advisable to book as it is generally quite full of local businessmen lunching. Which tells you that it's consistently good. We live just along the road from the restaurant, so very convenient for us to have our own business lunches there, and we have never been disappointed when taking our guests along.

This is the third time we have visited this restaurant and each time the food and service has been excellent. There is a varied choice on two menus. Everything is home cooked and good value for money. We both had 3 courses plus an aperitif, wine and coffee for 45 euros. It is a step up from the usual working men's lunch. I would recommend booking as the restaurant always appears full

We ate this dessert very well at 16 euros: duck thigh with potatoes, a feast and the floating island of dessert pralined, a delight: a beautiful discovery. I highly recommend it.
