We made the discovery of this restaurant at the hijack of an invitation to a gift. the decoration of this restaurant is contemporary, modern and clean. the kitchen is open to the room and the terrace overlooking the elbow pavin. the service is attentive and discreet, a small mention for the sommelier who is good advice, very professional. We chose the menu at 50 euros. no false note, cooking is just (fatty fun.) you feel the sensitivity of the chef's cuisine through its herbaceous, acidulated and fresh notes. It was a great culinary experience for us. we will renew the experience! ps: it is quite rare to be emphasized, they have shown a commercial spirit by offering drinks.
It is a very beautiful place in which the decor is sleek and plunges us into a bubble of calm and this even with the open kitchen...A very neat decoration, a warm welcome and especially, very good dishes! or how to rediscover products from the daily cooked in a very refined way (for me the pork rib walnut was a (re)discovered). A real good gourmet restaurant with a call menu at 37€ which remains very reasonable given the quality and the multiple mouth-watering and other small tastings offered throughout the meal. to discover quickly (maybe before a star appears) at the risk of having to book a long time in advance before being able to taste!

There is a real cooking on the order and it feels!The team is attentive knows its subject and seems happy to work it is rare in france. special mention for the sommelier! the room is beautiful and the terrace at the foot of the pavin elbow very pleasant. A few small flats remain because the road to the star is an arduous path, but this restaurant will remain a great surprise we reserved a table there from the end of our dinner!
What a nice surprise that this issory restaurant , we have, for the anniversary of my wife taken the tasting menu and we have had the right to 4 beautiful dishes , a lobster with crunchy algae, a paved of lean to the leger taste of anise, a foie gras mixed with a vanilla coffee sauce with girolles, a delicious beef paved, then a set of royal desserts

Visited with family and enjoyed the menu CRÉATION. Indeed a creation with magnificent combinations and taste. Definitely Michelin quality and great atmosphere. Nice design and well rebuild location in the hart of the city Issoire.
Came for lunch on a week day. The set up is particularly nice. Lovely wooden tables, plenty of space. The food is exquisite from my start to finish. Staff is very welcoming. Definite worth a detour
