I had a terrible experience with an older gentleman at this restaurant. We ordered a macaroon that was supposed to be gluten-free, but it appeared to have something else on it—likely icing sugar. When we raised our concerns about cross-contamination, he responded aggressively, insisting that "my shop isn’t dirty or unhygienic." We haven't returned since that incident.
