We enjoyed a wonderful Plat de Jour here in the centre of Bergerac Food was not only of a high quality it was very tasty beautifully presented at a reasonable €24 euros each I had mussels to start dressed with finely chopped tomatoes, shallot coriander. Mains of grilled squid fries salad finished with a dessert of tiramisu delicious! Others had either shrimps avocado or warm goats cheese salad to start, mains of steak and dessert of lemon mousse We all cleared our plates !! The staff are so friendly cheerful and helpful too. An all round wonderful lunchtime experience Would not hesitate to recommend
We went last year to this restaurant and the service was really slow. This year it was much much better. However the food is now not as good. I had the ceviche and my boyf the steak off the a la carte menu. The steak was ok, not prepped very well with a small portion of chips. My ceviche didn’t have any prawns in it (it was supposed to) hardly any coriander and far too much chunky red onion and lemon with hacked at white fish. Not very much care taken in the preparation of with meal I’m afraid. It’s ok. But I’m not sure we would rush back again.
We went on a busy Friday night because they advertised a lobster dinner, which is not commonly available in Bergerac, our wonderful town. It was quite busy, but we enjoyed the musician and the surroundings for a long while. After more than an hour, I mentioned to the server we had been waiting for a long time. Her response: there are other patrons waiting! Truly Atypic of service in this area I doubt we'll come back. However, the lobster and the French fries when they finally arrived were excellent, compliments to the chef.
Too bad for frozen fries and mayo in the tubes, for the price we expected better. The portions are a little limited too and it must be said that the wait has been really long. Apart from this, fish and meat are of good quality. On the other hand, it must also be said that the team is friendly and very attractive, it was very delicate to take a high chair in the restaurant next to our daughter.

Very good sweet potatoes with a delicious grilled octopus and no less delicious beef brochette (we are two! Long live in the restaurant! Desserts: tiramisu and lemon mousse! Excellent, light and delicate! Bravo!!!
Drinks and tasty ceviches. The desserts are very pleasant and homemade. The service is greedy and smiling. Only negative: the narrow and unique toilets, not at all suitable for a restaurant of this category.
very good reception, we arrived to the chef to accept to receive us, with the smile, we have divinely eaten, very pleasant staff, and the wines with glass are delicious. Thank you for this good breakfast
Small quiet restaurant offering fish in particular ceviche, 1 meat dish only I think. A fried fish dish. It's very good and very scented. We can taste South American wines as well as regional wines.

Very well located in the center, comfortable and clean room, warm welcome. Attention, access to the rooms is made without elevator on two floors) and the staircase is a little steep.
