L'Aubergade - Reserva de mesa

A great dinner at the Auberge for the fathers' party, smiling waitresses, a very friendly setting that puts us directly in the mood. A high quality and fast service for a restaurant of this range, with a map provided and appetizing that gives a taste of the know-how in the kitchen. Delicious palate and qualities, the wines recommended for them are at the height of our expectations. Refined dishes and made with care, the same for desserts, which certainly reflects a rigorous work in the kitchen. For lovers of good cuisine I absolutely recommend this restaurant which is located in a small town on the banks of the Loire.

This is simply the best restaurant in the area. We have tried many others and keep on coming back. We took a table for 8 in January this year for my birthday celebration and Jean Francois produced his magic. Dish after dish of just exquisite food, beautiful presented with wonderful service made this one of the best culinary experiences ever. Marjolaine keeps everything in order 'front of house ' and from the moment you enter everything is faultless. If you are visiting the area around Gennes, one of the most beautiful parts of 'La Loire ', then you must have a meal at L 'Aubergade. You will not be disappointed.

Well done Jean-Francois and Marjolaine, again! We came for lunch this time, to celebrate our daughter's 22nd birthday. The flavours were exquisite, as always. Service impeccable, and always with a smile! The two vegans among as were also stunned by the amazing creations of the chef. This restaurant is top-notch. Make sure you reserve in advance!
