L'auberge Basque - Reserva de mesa

We recently bought a house in the Baronnies and were introduced to the pleasures of eating at the Auberge Basque by the vendor. We have dined there many times and Stéphanie and Hervé have never failed to make us feel like valued guests. The menu is inventive and we have never been disappointed with our choice of dish. Although the restaurant is not close to the A64, it is well worth taking an extra ten minutes to experience service as it is meant to be. If you want to take advantage of their fine selection of wines and full bar, they also have rooms available.

Accueil très sympathique. Côté restaurant : merlu excellent, cuisson parfaite, sauce citronnée, accompagné d’une pomme de terre en robe de chambre bien fondante et de ratatouille. Assiette de charcuterie copieuse, variée et excellente. Côté hôtel : chambre simple, propre, avec placard penderie, cintres en bois (ce qui est rare), TV, Wi-Fi, climatisation, salle d’eau avec toilettes indépendantes. Très bon rapport qualité /prix ! Nous recommandons cet établissement.

This was our first time of eating out on Christmas Day and what a revelation. We were greeted by the lady owner who was so lovely and took to our Cavalier King Charles, Wiggie Woo, straight away and brought her water without us asking, so thoughtful. The meal was just amazing, beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and the dining room was full and it had a great atmosphere. We will certainly come back (it's my birthday next month .

contant of today two days passes in this very good restaurant establishment, search for original dishes, beautiful decoration in plates and photocopiers unique breakfast, hearty hotel, clean and simple, attention small bathroom (for strong people) for the rooms in the reception of the first prize of the most sympathetic we will return there Reserva una mesa ahora

Called in for Sunday Lunch (3 courses €30) in what is by far the best 'Auberge ' I 've visited for some time, including having one of the finest Steaks that I 've ever had. Cleanliness and comfort were up to the mark, and the service friendly and efficient, albeit a little slow. Well worth another visit.

Endroit agréable pour manger en terrasse. Nous n'avons pris qu'un plat chacun et c'était très bon. On aurait apprécié un peu plus de ratatouille d'ailleurs, tellement on l'a aimée ! Pas d'hésitation à avoir pour ce lieu nous concernant.
