L'Auberge de Limeil

We booked in this restaurant to celebrate our wedding a month in advance. the boss told us that it was not possible to take a group menu (which they offer on their site) below 20 people, and that we had to take à la carte menus at 31€50, with a unique choice for all guests. A week before the date we go to the place to make the menu choice, and there the boss tells us that if, of course we could take the group menu. we sit together to see the details and there, surprise, they already have another reservation for a baptism elsewhere and so the restaurant will be closed that night! and no one thought to call us to tell! Thankfully we went a little early and it left us some time to find another restaurant (which was much better elsewhere), otherwise we would have gone the day I to find a closed restaurant! Moreover, we had chosen this restaurant at the beginning for its garden, because the last time we ate the dishes were good, but without more and the boss spent an hour with us after the meal to tell us his life, since we were the only guests. That night, we went in love and wanted to be both and not to listen to the misfortunes of the parton's wife!

price level, not every noon ;-) but if you want to eat refined, taste a good wine and have good advice then this hostel is a good address. The kitchen is good but the prices are not given, without being excessive, but not for a daily lunch because you can easily reach between 40-60 euros / people (à la carte with the wine) . nevertheless they offer formulas on the midday around 20 to 30 euros (in memory.) I have always been invited so ... ;-)

I go regularly to this establishment for professional meals. It's a good address to keep in his notebook. The meals are hearty, the reception is correct and the setting is warmI recommend!
