L'Auberge de Saint Thibault

Il y a 3 semaines environ voulant découvrir Sancerre nous avons fait escale dans cette auberge . Déjà l'accueil a été très chaleureux mais la véritable pépite se trouve dans la cuisine qui est vraiment excellente inventive mariant différentes saveurs . N'hésitez pas à prendre le menu â 47 euros parce que le rapport qualité prix est plus que parfait . Les produits sont d'excellente qualité la quantité dans les assiettes est parfaite un vrai régal !!! Le lendemain nous avons pu échanger avec le chef qui nous a fait partager sa passion alors nous vous le recommandons fortement allez y les yeux fermés . Nous habitons Clermont Fernand malgré la distance comptons y retourner tres Bientot

Excellent surprise after two other restaurants were unable to accommodate 5 people for lunch in Sancerre with a week advanced notice. After Covid-19 this restaurant has come back to gain a deserved place in top restaurants list of the area. The service,in a sophisticated elegant setting was excellent. The food was delicious offering fresh regional options on beautifully displayed plates. The Chef accommodated a vegeterian member of our group with an astonishing as well as delicious option. We will certainly make advance reservation for lunch when we return to Sancerre.

Tout est très bien préparé avec de belles présentations et de bons produits. Il convient cependant d'y mettre un bémol dans la mesure où un bon mangeur ne pourra y trouver son compte. Cela explique pourquoi j'ai mis 3 points sur 5

Delicious food and exemplary service. If in Sancerre this is one not to be missed! Very generous degustation, you will not leave hungry : Merci beacoup pour le soir perfect!

Accueil chaleureux. Nous avons été installé dans une petite véranda pour 2 le top !Le menu saveur porte bien son nom, nous le recommandons.
