we start with a buffet of hors d'oeuvre where almost none of the crudites were from fresh vegetable, then I continued with a thigh of rabbit "to the mustard" that bathed in an unrelated sauce and that had to stay too long at the freezer because the meat had a taste of rance near the bone served with taglatelles at the edge of the purée, fortunately the cream burned was
