L'Auberge du Ver Luisant

On our way from Lyon to Bordeaux, we made a little detour of the highway to try out this auberge. It is not right out of the highway, and it is 15min out of the highway. Got the menu of the day composed of amuse bouche (shrimps), appetizer (salmon), and entree (sandre), cheese, dessert for 17euro. Meal well constructed and creative, good sauces. The chef was in his green uniform up to its chef hat , greeting us. Call them ahead to reserve.

very good reception for my part lacks coordination belly the drink of aperitif and its amuse mouth!!! if the dessert was made home the stars would have been deserved! Thank you, good year-end.

excellent evening of waking, a warm service and a little care, a refined cuisine, and say that we live and that we will have waited years before going, a real treasure this restaurant

Lunch was a 5 course set menu in a charming room with impressive murals. Very calm. The food and service were excellent. We will certainly go again.
