L'auberge Gonflée

Located on the edge of the road, the outside frame is not naughty but rather noisy given the games of the children nearby, inside nothing extraordinary, except the tables that are stuck to each other and whose number seems very significant given the number of servers. An appropriate reception at the entrance serving as a bar and after that complicates. A very busy card to offer a quality kitchen and it is checked. Very medium kitchen for menu at 25€, terrine is said to be made home rather correct accompanied by a green salad and bacon in entry. Nothing exceptional. In the dish, the famous grilled pig I was looking forward to. A dish of dry meat because too cooked or heated and yet barely hot, accompanied by a potato in the industrial sauce of the oven but correct to accompany it and a purée of melted vegetables and swimming in the oil (to prevent it from slipping for hours at the bottom of the kitchen bowl), sold for a homemade ratatouille. The photos posted on TripAdvisor speak well about the type of kitchen that would not even be acceptable in a company canteen. Great disappointment for the price. We will not go to dessert because after 30 minutes of waiting before a server gets rid of the dish, we no longer wanted to spend 5 minutes in this establishment. The server group, although relatively friendly and young lacks professionalism and seems totally exceeded by the number of tables to be served. A good advice: do not even look at the sign by the way, the Ardèche being so rich at the gastronomic level, that it would be too bad to make such an offence.

Don't take the pots and the red wine is a scam! The dessert was welcome 25€ 6o and we went out with hunger!
