Laupheimer Hof - Reservar una mesa

I had been driving all day with my sister, on our way to Italy. When we wanted to book this hotel to sleep in the night it all seemed very nice, and the staff was also very nice. However when we got to the room it smelled like someone had been smoking there for 20 years, it was very bad. Eventually we went to bed, we opened the window for some fresh air (it was very warm), but there were a lot of people on the street and they made a lot of noise, apparently there was a wedding, we didn’t shut an eye the entire night. When we went to checkout we made the receptionist acquainted with the fact that this was the case, she followed by saying she would write it down, what are we supposed to do wit...

The hotel itself was nice and the service ok. However, we were booked into a room right above a wedding celebration even though we booked months in advance. It took us two hours to make the kids sleep and at the reception we were told that the music will continue until 4 a.m. so we didn't close an eye almost all night.

Nice hotel. Nothing special but it is clean and evrything is tidy. If you not need cleaning room, you get free drink.

Best breakfast ever at a hotel. Real oranges, good coffee etc. Amazing and helpful staff. We’ll come back!!

Nice hotel with wellness area (gym/sauna). Quite crowded restaurant, food was good.
