it was ok i guess, but the website confirms that the oven for the Tarte Flambée is a wooden one.i highly doubt it. i have made TFs and have eaten at highly rated restaurants of TFs around here.it is near impossible that it was a traditional oven for a number of reasons....apart from that, the Thai was ok but a bit tasteless and a bit undercooked. would only recommend if you have no other good choice.très moyen, le four à Tarte Flambée n'est pas un traditionel. J'en suis presque certain, j'ai fabriqué un four et fait des TFs dans plusieurs fours tradi.Thai était ok, mais sans beaucoup de saveur et il manquait une touche de cuisson au poulet.je recomande seulement s'il n'y a pas de bonnes options.

Busy restaurant, the food was good but wine expensive. The waiter not a happy man but he was very busy and although we were there early we still had a long wait. They did order our coffee twice but only charged us for 1
